NITRA CPS Series cylinder switches are general purpose pneumatic switches for use with air cylinders having a magnetic piston. These IP67 rated cylinder position sensors are designed to mount on air cylinders with a T-Slot channel. Using CPSA Series adapters or CPSB Series mounting bands, these air cylinder switches can be used with tie rod cylinders or round body style pneumatic cylinders.
The NITRA CPS Series of pneumatic position switches offers a robust, yet cost-effective interface between pneumatic actuators and electrical control systems. Using state-of-the-art AMR magnetic sensing technology, these magnetic cylinder switches are designed for use with pneumatic cylinders that have a magnet incorporated in the cylinder piston.
These cylinder sensors can be used to provide cylinder position indication, cycle count or to confirm operation. Pre-tested for use with NITRA pneumatic cylinders, these cylinder switches are also suitable for use with other brands of pneumatic cylinders with magnetic pistons.
