An upgrade of last year’s EX-Z750, the 850 adds more flash functions (including a “soft flash” mode, which cuts flash output when subjects are close to the camera), and Revive Shot (when copying old, faded photos, this setting improves color). Casio claims 440 shots per charge, according to CIPA standards.

Z60 boasts ease of use
Casio also announced the Exilim Zoom EX-Z60, a 6MP camera that is very similar to the EX-Z850. The differences are the lower resolution and oh-so-slightly slower startup and shutter lag times–and, presumably, the price will be lower.
